You are all in my heart at this difficult time of uncertainty and confusion. As many of you are aware to help keep us all safe we had to take the sad decision to cancel group classes during the Coronavirus pandemic. Our yoga practice helps us to maintain and boost both our physical, mental and emotional well-being and so we need it now more than ever. I am busily exploring ways for my current students to access online teaching....Being a novice you'll appreciate that's not so easy so be patient and keep an eye on your inbox for an email with info and links etc. In the meantime stay safe, strong and well xxx
